R.O.V.E.R.S. Club at Spruce Creek Cabin

Members of the Pennsylvania/New Jersey-based R.O.V.E.R.S. Club gathered on the first weekend in February for an annual pilgrimage at a private hunt cabin in the Poconos for a weekend of trail riding and camaraderie in the woods.

In years past, the group has spent hours chaining up their tires just to reach the campsite, located several miles from a main highway behind a gated entry. This year’s mild weather, however, delivered everyone quickly to the cabin .

Over the course of the weekend, an eclectic mix of Rovers from Series 1 to LR3 hit the trails. And while the conditions were kind, the narrow trails cut into the Pennsylvania hills proved challenging enough.

Rain, snow, or shine, the Spruce Creek Cabin trail ride and camp is an annual event for the R.O.V.E.R.S. Club.

  1. The cabin trip is one of the highlights of the winter season. I wasn’t able to make it there this year, but looking over the pictures, I realised I’ve worked on at least 4 of this year’s participants!
